- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. curry powder
- 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
- 5 maraschino cherries (I use 1 small jar)
- 1 (16 oz.) can cling peaches or apricots
- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can chunk pineapple
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Melt butter; add brown sugar and curry powder.

3Drain and dry fruits; place in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Add butter mixture.

4Bake 1 hour uncovered.
