  • 1 ounce. cheese - cheddar or possibly Monterey Jack
  • 2 slices tomato
  • Sprouts (optional)

    Place cheese and egg in pocket bread and microwave approximately 25 seconds or possibly till cheese is melted.

    Add in tomato slices and sprouts.
