- 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. lean pork sausage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Fry sausage until crumbly and then drain it.

2Combine all ingredients and put in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

5Serves 8 to 10. Ham or bacon can be used instead of sausage.
