- 2 or 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. or more olive oil (optional)
- 1/2 to 1/3 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. rigatoni
- 1 egg
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a frying pan or saucepan, brown garlic in oil.

2Cut up broccoli into small pieces; add to oil.

3Fill with water until almost covered.
