- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. softened margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 8 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Combine all, mixing well.

2Cover and place in freezer approximately 30 minutes.

3Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.

4Fry balls in oil until golden brown or place on greased cookie sheet under broiler turning often until golden brown.

5Drain if necessary. Serve while warm with Honey Mustard Dressing.
