- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 small onion, grated
- 20 oz. frozen broccoli
- 1/2 c. buttery cracker crumbs
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir undiluted soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onion until blended.

2Stir in broccoli and cheese. Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs.

3Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly.
