Broccoli Casserole

  • 16 to 20 oz. fresh or frozen broccoli
  • 1 c. rice (not instant)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Cut broccoli up into small pieces and cook until tender.

    Cook rice per package directions (usually 2 cups water to 1 cup rice until water is absorbed).

    Put the broccoli and rice in a 3-quart casserole dish.

    Add all the other ingredients.

    Stir together and bake at 350° about 45 minutes.
