- 16 to 20 oz. fresh or frozen broccoli
- 1 c. rice (not instant)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Cut broccoli up into small pieces and cook until tender.

2Cook rice per package directions (usually 2 cups water to 1 cup rice until water is absorbed).

3Put the broccoli and rice in a 3-quart casserole dish.

4Add all the other ingredients.

5Stir together and bake at 350° about 45 minutes.
