Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 large or 2 regular pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 1 can French fried onion rings
  • 1 pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts

Directions

    Cook broccoli until tender.

    Mix the soup and milk together in bowl.

    Pour about half of this mixture in the bottom of a greased baking dish; layer the broccoli, onion rings and water chestnuts, ending with soup and cheese on top.

    Bake at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
