Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, chopped and sauteed in oleo
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/4 c. water or broccoli broth
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning mix
  • 2 lb. fresh or frozen broccoli (remove leaves and tough stalks, cut in flowerets and wash well)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Cook broccoli in small amount of salted water for about 15 minutes.

    Drain and coarsely chop.

    Mix all ingredients together and bake in 350° oven until brown.
