- 4 large eggs
- 2 lb. 1% fat cottage cheese
- 6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 (20 oz.) bag frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
- 1 (8 oz.) loaf Velveeta, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, cut in small pieces
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Have a shallow 2 1/2-quart baking dish ready.

3Beat eggs in a large bowl until blended.

4Stir in cottage cheese and flour until smooth.

5Stir in remaining ingredients until evenly distributed.

6Spread in baking dish and bake 1 hour or until set and edges are golden brown.
