- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and well drained
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. coarsely crumbled crackers (about 12 crackers)
- 2 Tbsp. (1/4 stick) butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tsp. dehydrated onion
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 c. coarsely crumbled crackers (about 5 crackers)
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

3Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a 1-quart baking dish.

4Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over top.

5Bake until golden, about 35 to 40 minutes.
