Broccoli-Corn Bake

  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and well drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. coarsely crumbled crackers (about 12 crackers)
  • 2 Tbsp. (1/4 stick) butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tsp. dehydrated onion
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 c. coarsely crumbled crackers (about 5 crackers)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a 1-quart baking dish.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over top.

    Bake until golden, about 35 to 40 minutes.
