- 1 box chopped, frozen broccoli
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 oz. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix all but cornbread, then mix the cornbread mix and stir. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
