Ingredients: 2 Bunches of Broccoli rabe (about 1 lb); 2 cloves of garlic crushed; 2 TBS. Bertolli olive oil; 1/2 Cup sundried tomatoes sliced in strips; 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper; 1 tsp. salt; 1 1/2 Cup chicken or vegetable broth; 1 lb. Penne pasta or shape desired.; 1 tsp. salt for pasta water; Bertolli extra virgin olive oil to garnish.
