Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped (may be used)
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine
  • 1 can condensed consomme
  • 1 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Cook broccoli until tender.

    Chop it and the hard-boiled eggs. Soften the gelatine with cold water and melt into the heated consomme.

    Add this to the first mixture, fold in mayonnaise. Season in amounts prescribed.

    Mold until firm.

    Serves 10 people.
