  • 10 broccoli heads
  • 5 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. thyme
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 qt. water

Directions

    Cut broccoli flowers from stems and peel stems.

    Grate stems and potatoes in food processor.
  3. 3
    Cook in 4-quarts of water.

    When soup comes to a boil, add all other ingredients.

    Cook until done. Yields 8 servings.
