Broccoli-Spinach Bake

- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
- 1 1/4 c. stuffing cubes, seasoned
- 1 egg
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Durkee French fried onions (2.8 oz.)
Directions

1Defrost and drain vegetables.

2Mix with stuffing and egg. Put half into baking dish (about 8 x 8-inch or 2-quart round), sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

3Spread on 1/2 can soup and 1/2 of onions.

4Add remaining vegetables, soup and onions.

5Bake, covered, 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.

6Serves 8.
