- 3 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. instant chicken broth granules
- 2 c. milk
- 2/3 c. hot water
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Arrange cooked broccoli in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Melt 1 stick butter in small saucepan.

2Add flour and broth granules.

3Cook a few minutes, stirring constantly.

4Add milk gradually and stir until smooth and thick.

5Pour this sauce over the broccoli.

6Melt 6 tablespoons butter in hot water; add stuffing mix and toss thoroughly.

7Add walnuts and mix.

8Spoon on top of broccoli and bake, uncovered, in a 400° oven for about 30 minutes.
