- 1/2 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 12 ounces flounder fillets (see note in description)

Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2Spray broiler pan/rack with Pam.

3Using the flat side of a knife mash the garlic and salt together to form a paste.

4In a small cup or bowl combine the garlic with the next 3 ingredients (mustard - horseradish).

5Sprinkle both sides of fish with pepper and then transfer fish to the prepared broiler pan.

6Using a pastry brush or a knife, brush garlic/mustard mixture over one side of fish.

7Broil for 5 minutes or until fish is done and flakes easily with a fork.
