- 4 medium venison steaks
- meat tenderizer
- garlic powder
- seasoned salt
- lemon pepper
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Place steaks on broiler pan.

2Season with meat tenderizer.

3In small pan melt 1 to 2 sticks margarine, depending on number of steaks; 1 stick will do about 4 medium steaks.

4Mix seasonings into melted margarine.

5Brush tops of steaks with mixture and place under broiler.

6Keep steaks brushed with mixture as they brown.

7Do the same with other side.

8Do not overcook.

9This mixture works great when you grill as well.
