  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 can consomme
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • mushrooms (optional)

Directions

    Melt butter in skillet.

    Add rice.

    Stir until brown. Take off. Add soup and consomme.

    No salt. Stir. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Top with mushrooms.
