- 1 egg white
- 7/8 c. sifted brown sugar
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Set oven at 250°.

2Beat egg white very stiff.

3Beat in brown sugar gradually.

4Fold in nuts and vanilla.

5Drop on waxed paper over cookie sheet.

6When done, pull paper off onto wet tea towel for a few minutes, then remove cookies.

7Bake until done, may take 30 to 45 minutes.

8(When one can be lifted off waxed paper, it is done.)

9Recipe can be doubled.
