- 1/3 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine dry mix in bowl.

2Brush fillets with melted margarine. Dredge fillets in crumb mixture.

3Put in dish and bake uncovered at 400° until done, about 20 to 25 minutes.
