- 12 cup oil
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 23 cup whole wheat flour, plus some extra
- 12 cup powdered milk
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 cup soy grits, soaked in 1/2 cup hot water (no amount given)
- 23 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup walnut meat, dredged in flour so they don't sink
Directions

1Combine sugar, oil and eggs; mix well.

3Add sifted flour, milk, salt, baking powder; mix.

4Add grits, wheat germ, walnut meats.

5Bake in greased, floured pan for 25-30 minutes.

6Let cool 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
