  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at the time, beating well.

    Sift flour and cocoa together and blend with creamed mixture.

    Add vanilla and pecans. Pour in square pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 325°.
