- 1 loaf sliced French bread
- 2 (12 oz.) pkgs. bulk sausage
- 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
Directions

1Cut bread into 1-inch pieces (no crust).

2Cover bottom of pan with bread.

3Cook sausage and crumble over bread.

4Grate cheese and place on top of sausage.

5Beat eggs and milk and pour over cheese.

6Beat soup with some of milk and pour on top.

7Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

8Cover and refrigerate overnight.

9Reheat at 325° for 30 minutes.
