- 2 c. unseasoned croutons
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 4 slices bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
Directions

1Place croutons and cheese in the bottom of a greased 10 x 6-inch baking pan.

2Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.

3Pour into baking pan.

4Sprinkle with crumbled bacon over all.

5Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until set.

6Serve immediately.
