  • 2 c. unseasoned croutons
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • 4 slices bacon, fried, drained and crumbled

Directions

    Place croutons and cheese in the bottom of a greased 10 x 6-inch baking pan.

    Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.

    Pour into baking pan.

    Sprinkle with crumbled bacon over all.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until set.
