  • 12 pieces bread, cut in donut shapes
  • Old English sharp Cheddar cheese pieces
  • 10 oz. broccoli, chopped and cooked
  • 2 c. ham, diced
  • 3 c. milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Place scraps of bread (leftovers from donut shapes) in the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. Then layer cheese, broccoli and ham. Mix together the last 5 ingredients and soak each piece of bread in mixture before laying them on top. Pour remaining mixture over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
