- 1 1/4 lb. lean hamburger
- 1 pkg. Chili-O mix
- 1 Tbsp. Mexzine chili powder
- 1 can whole tomatoes, strained
- 1 can Bush hot chili beans
- 1/4 c. onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cans (small) tomato sauce
- spaghetti (optional)
Directions

1Cook hamburger until done.

2Stir in Chili-O mix.

3Add tomatoes and tomato sauce.

4Simmer over low heat.

5Add chili powder, salt, pepper and beans.

6Simmer.

7If mixture is too thick, add water. Add desired cooked spaghetti and onions.
