  • 1 cup KRAFT Signature Sun Dried Tomato Oregano Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 2-1/4 qt. seeded and chopped tomatoes
  • 3 loaves Italian bread loaves (1 lb.), cut into 1/2- to 3/4-inch thick slices, toasted
  • 3 cups KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Full Moisture

Directions

    Mix dressing, vinegar, oregano and tomatoes; cover.

    Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.

    Top each toasted bread slice with 1/4 cup of the tomato mixture; sprinkle with about 1 Tbsp.

    Place on 2 full sheet pans lined with parchment paper (or 1 lined half sheet pan for trial recipe).

    Bake in 350F-conventional oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
