- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Cut roast into strips and marinate over night.

3Dehydrate for 6-9 hours depending on thickness of jerky.
