Ingredients

  • 2 sticks real butter
  • 2/3 c. extra crunchy peanut butter
  • 2/3 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. chopped peanuts
  • 1 large pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. paraffin (not necessary, just helps make the chocolate shiny)

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients, except the chips together in a large bowl.

    Roll into balls and place on tray.
  3. 3
    Freeze the balls for 20 minutes.

    Next, melt the chips and add the paraffin if available. Use toothpicks to dip the balls into the heated chocolate.

    Be sure to leave a peanut butter top.

    (Hence the Buckeye.)
