  • 4 c. raw potatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 (7 oz.) can flaked tuna
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. sliced onion

Directions

    Cook potatoes in slightly salted water for 10 minutes.

    Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour, catsup, salt and pepper.

    Add milk gradually while stirring.

    Cook over low heat until thickened.

    Arrange potatoes, tuna and onion in Pyrex dish.

    Pour sauce over and bake at 375° for about 45 minutes.
