  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. Texas Pete hot sauce
  • Blue cheese or Ranch dressing
  • celery

    Cut chicken wings in segments (discard wing tips).

    Fry 24 pieces in hot oil, approximately 10 minutes (do not flour chicken) until brown.

    Drain on paper towel.
