  • 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp processed American cheese
  • 1/2 c. light cream

Directions

    Peel potatoes and cut as for French fries.

    Place in center of large piece of aluminum foil (use double thickness or heavy-duty). Shape foil to form baking dish.

    Dot potatoes with margarine; sprinkle with salt and pepper, parsley and cheese.

    Pour cream over.
