  • 2 boxes lime jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (save juice)
  • 1 pkg. whipped topping mix
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • finely grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix jello with boiling water until dissolved.

    Add cold water. Refrigerate until thickened.

    Add 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice).

    Put jello and pineapple in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
