- 1/4 lb. American cheese (1 c. cubed; Velveeta may work or Cheddar)
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento stuffed olives
- 2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickles (try relish)
- 1/2 c. real mayonnaise (do not use anything but real mayo or it won't work)
- 6 to 8 hot dog buns
Directions

1Combine ingredients except buns.

2Mix all ingredients, split buns and fill.

3Wrap each filled bun in aluminum foil.

4Place in oven at 325° for 30 minutes, or until filling is heated and cheese melts.

5Fills 6 to 8 large buns generously.

6Can be served hot or cold.

7Can be refrigerated and reheated to serve at a later time.
