- 3 lb. lean roast
- 3 onions, sliced
- 3 garlic, mashed
- 1/2 tsp. sesame seed
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Slice meat very thin.

2Add all ingredients in small bowl and mix together with hands for at least 5 minutes.

3Let set for 1 to 2 hours.

4Prepare a large frying pan at high heat until pan gets very hot. Then put half of prepared meat in frying pan and stir-fry quickly for 5 to 10 minutes.

5Do other half the same way, then serve hot.
