- 1 lb. beef
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, cut up
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1/2 can Burgundy wine
Directions

1Cut beef into small pieces and brown in oil.

2Add onion and cut-up mushrooms.

3When mushrooms are soft, add soup, water and wine.

4Cover and simmer 1 hour or more, stirring every 15 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles.
