- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) c. tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 (3 or 4 oz.) can green chilies
- 1 (15 oz.) can Western style pinto beans
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Cook ground beef in large skillet until it starts to brown. Add onions and cook until limp.

2Drain excess fat.

3Add can of tomatoes and green chilies, beans and Tabasco.

4Add can of green chilies; stir to mix.

5Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Serve on either flour tortillas or corn tortillas. Garnish with shredded cheese, chopped onion and shredded lettuce. Makes 8
