Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. burrito seasoning mix
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 1 c. refried beans
  • 6 or 8 flour tortillas
  • 6 oz. Monterey Jack hot cheese
  • 1 c. enchilada hot sauce

Directions

    Brown ground beef and pour off fat.

    Add seasoning mix, tomatoes, dried minced onion and refried beans.

    Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

    Stir occasionally.

    Thaw tortillas if frozen.

    Heat at 425° for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Fill tortillas with filling.

    Fold and roll.

    Sprinkle cheese on top. Heat in 325° oven for 10 minutes.
