- 4 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 inches fresh ginger, pressed
- 3 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (try garlic infused if feeling adventurous)
- 1 ziploc bag
Directions

1Combine garlic, ginger, Old Bay, olive oil, and fish fillets in a large ziploc bag.

2Allow fish to marinate for at least 24 hours.

3Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

4Line baking tray with aluminum foil, lay fillets on the baking tray.

5Bring aluminum foil up and around the fish.

6Allow fish to bake for 20 minutes.
