Ingredients
- 300 grams chicken fillets
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp yellow mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp crushed ginger
- 2 tbsp crushed garlic
- 20 ml cashew paste
- 150 ml tomatoes
- 125 ml cream
Directions

1Heat up a little oil in a frying pan

2Toast the mustard seeds and cinnamon

3Then add the chopped onion and cumin seeds

4When the onion is soft and golden add the turmeric, chilli powder and ground corriander

5Add the garlic and ginger paste and stir in well

6Add the chopped tomatoes and cashew paste

7Bring to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes

8Remove from the heat and blend

9Return to the heat and add the chicken fillets

10Cook for 5-7 minutes

11Season with salt

12Pour in the cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes
