- 1 lb. butter
- 4 c. flour
- 3 or 4 eggs, separated
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- a little salt
Directions

1Work flour, butter and salt together.

2Add egg yolks and sour cream.

3Mix well.

4Place in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.

5Roll out and cut into squares.

6Fill with apricots, prune butter or nuts.

7Fold two corners to center.

8Press lightly. Brush with beaten egg whites.

9Bake in moderate oven at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes.
