- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1/2 c. butter
- dash of garlic salt
- 2 1/2 c. boiling water with 3 chicken bouillon
- parsley
Directions

1Mix salt and 2 cups water, bring to a boil and pour over rice. Let stand 30 minutes.

2Rinse with cold water and drain well.

3Melt butter in skillet.

4Add rice and cook over medium heat, stirring 5 minutes.

5Put in 1-quart casserole.

6Sprinkle with garlic salt. Pour broth over rice.

7Cover, bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 10 minutes more after adding parsley.
