- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/4 lb. white fish fillets
- salt and pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Melt butter in a glass custard cup or glass measuring cup in microwave about 15 seconds on High.

2Put fish into a 2-quart glass baking dish, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.

3Cover with waxed paper.

4Cook for 3 minutes on High or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.

5Makes 4 to 5 servings.
