Butterfly Pork Chops

- 4 to 6 butterfly pork chops
- olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- garlic salt to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large (18 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. angel hair spaghetti
Directions

1In skillet saute onion, green and red pepper (sliced) in olive oil.

2Season with garlic salt, salt and pepper.

3Remove from skillet.

4In same olive oil brown butterfly pork chops.

5After browning pork chops, add onion, green pepper and red pepper.

6Add tomato sauce.

7Simmer for at least 2 hours, covered.

8Serve with angel hair spaghetti (cook as directed on package).

9Sauce will be served over the spaghetti.

10Delicious and easy.

11Serve with green vegetables, salad and Italian bread.
