- 1 c. butter or oleo
- 1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
- 3/4 c. warm milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted and divided
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter as for pie crust; set aside. Dissolve yeast in water. Add egg with milk to the flour mixture; mix well.
