- 1 whole egg
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat eggs well.

2Mix flour with sugar and stir into eggs.

3Add butter, then buttermilk and flavorings.

4Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts.

5Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 350° and continue to bake for about 40 minutes.
