  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs well.

    Mix flour with sugar and stir into eggs.

    Add butter, then buttermilk and flavorings.

    Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and continue to bake for about 40 minutes.
