Buttermilk Salad

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jello (can use strawberry jello)
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Directions

    Heat undrained pineapple until boiling.

    Add jello and dissolve.

    Cool; add buttermilk.

    Let cool and fold in Cool Whip. Mix thoroughly and congeal.
