  • 15 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 6 oz. Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 7 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Heat pineapple, then dissolve Jell-O and cool.

    Add buttermilk and fold in whipped topping.

    May be served with chopped nuts and/or coconut.
